Index Controller Charging Wallmount V1

A convenient wall mount to charge the Index controllers. **V1.0** first release, minor issues:
-cable guide is a bit brittle, could use reinforcing
-controller contacts charger magnet before being fully seated in the stand, so it feels a bit wobbly. I had the magnet 1 mm lower in the test design, but the controller didn't quite make enough contact to charge. Will try lowering 0.5 mm for v1.1
