For Makerfarm extruder.

I had a fan cooling my extruder tip and this interfered with some of the designs on Thingiverse, so this design avoids that issue. It mounts to the left bolt holding the extruder to the x carriage with an M4 bolt going through on the top/bottom.

I currently do not have it mounted because I could not configure the firmware correctly... everytime it would go to the first position and then freeze. I haven't messed with it in a while but if anyone has a solution for this, or would be willing to send me their firmware I would greatly appreciate it! (I am running the Graphics LCD on the Makerfarm Prusa i3v 12in)
