Test discs to set/evaluate first layer - initial layer flow ratio From top left corner - left to right for each row going downFirst Layer Flow Ratio Values are: Top/Back Row .75 .77 .80Middle Row. .82 .85. .88Bottom/Front Row. .90. .92. .95 Watch while printing. Too little extrusion will result in noticeable gaps in layer lines. Over-extrusion will result in excess filament along top layer. Evaluate bottom of disks for smooth/even pattern of PEI plate - eliminate ones that show signs of layer lines.Set your initial layer flow ratio to value of disc that produces the best result.
