Looking for some practical items to design and print around the house and office I decided on solving our office frustration with active and expired access cards. I used Fusion 360 to design two interlocking containers to store 35 swipe access cards. The green container storing the active (working or enabled cards) and the red container for any cards which had expired and had to be sent for reactivation.
The containers can be used to store anything and can be resized to fit your needs.
I printed using 0.2 mm layer height, but 0.28 would probably work as well. They fit together nice and tight and might require very light sanding if they do not slide in with the first attempt.
I printed them with the base flat on the heated bed using PLA. I had no issue with warping.
