Interlocking Wall with Base

I was requested to make this model of a standard brick wall with base and I was told I may get tipped. I am Happy to make the model without the tip. My previous model has been lost in a computer that is currently out for repair.

So I started from scratch, The demission's may not be exact to his specifications but I will say they are close enough for now. (Hence, why I'm not asking for a tip from the other party.)

I have ran into issues that have not uploaded my items onto the new tabs. I have one project that I had to save from despair and placed it in my favorites, and only their it can be found. To mildly remedy this I am trying a different web browser to see if its my current and dusty account or it was the other browser.

Dimensions should be around 9.5"x5.5"x0.5" Inches with base it should be a tenth of an inch additional height. (I may change this to 1/4) I personally do not have a printer that could print this tall. or wide. I would recommend scaling it down to fit.
