iPhone 5 wallmount

I wanted a holder that :
- is active (provides power) without nightly cable hassle waking up the wife
- is easy to aim and slide in, even when drunk (rather thick walls with chamfering on top)
- has some room to get my fingers behind
- has an easily reachable Home button
- has some half decent countersunk mounting holes to screw it down.

The phone fits fits snugly, the connector is a tight fit so it won't slide out.
