This is a wall mount for an ITX Motherboard with an optional IO Shield. I've also reserved a space in the center for a cable management hub that I've yet to design. All the threaded holes are standard #6-32 computer case screws. There are four hols on the bottom for mounting on the wall.

I printed both pieces of this at .1 layer height using PLA.
