Jagged Tessellation

Work In Progress, I am still getting the tolerances perfected, currently it is a tight fit but if your printer is calibrated well it should work. Scaling up should help, I designed it small to be a quick and cheap print.

This is an original design I made in Fusion 360. A tessellation is a geometric shape that forms a repeating pattern with no gaps or overlap.
