Jerky Slicer Stack

This set of beef jerky slicer guides stacks neatly for storage. Cut thicknesses are 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8". There also is a shield to press down on the meat to keep your fingers away from the knife! Each guide is 4" x 7". My preferred thickness for beef jerky is 3/16". Support required.
