This joint test will help you find the limits of your printer's accuracy. I contrived this test while working on another design where I had determined that I needed .25mm tolerance for my parts to fit together comfortably (although some filing of chunky rounded corners was required).

After calibrating my printer (E-Steps, Acceleration, Speed, etc) I realized that .25mm was much more than I actually needed -- my newly tuned Ender 3 Pro was capable of more! So I refined the design and instead used .15mm fit tolerances.

The intent is for the two parts of the puzzle piece joint (provided as a single STL) to be printed in place. If your printer is well tuned, you should be able to work the pieces apart with only a little effort and everything should fit together well with no sanding/filing/cutting required.

You should print the rail mount piece with its inner "E" shape flat on your bed so no supports will be required. It should fit over the rails and slide easily (but with a small
