I will try to update this soon, but I wanted to get this out there.

It's pretty easy to assemble just using the pictures as a guide. I insert a regular skateboard bearing into the recess in the lower corner bracket. The T8 rod gets inserted through the bearing and into another recess. This holds it steady.

I used M3 socket head screws and nuts of varying lengths.

Materials.

3/4" x 1/16 aluminum angle iron.
T8 lead screw cut to length
M3 socket head screws and nuts
GT2 timing belt and toothed pullies
Standard skateboard bearings
M3 x 70mm socket head screw for the belt tensioner

When drilling the holes for the rails. I took a length of the rail and started with one of the corner brackets held in place. (they are designed to fit in place) Clamp it in place and use a 3mm drill to drill from the bracket side and through the angle. Insert a screw and nut and tighten.
