This is a big file, don't worry if it takes some time to download. The mesh has some errors but they do not compromise slicing and printing so do not worry.

I downloaded the original hand for free from:

https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/human-muscular-hand-2019-3d-1440075

I imported it in blender, rigged it, put it in a better pose, fixed some issues and added a base.
