This is a snap-on hook for kitchen use. It is compatible with shelving racks bought from Costco, such as Alera and Trinity brand. It can be easily modified to fit other racks, included are the native part files from Solidworks so that it can be remixed. The hook piece snaps on the front and the clip secures it on the back and adds enough tension that it can support itself without slipping down. I use it for aprons and dish towels in my kitchen, and the hook attachment can be easily modified for other purposes.
