Klipper M600 code

I added a file filament_out.cfg
The contents can be inserted into your printer.cfg or linked by inserting the include command in your printer.cfg
[include filament_out.cfg]

Klipper is missing one important command from Marlin, the M600 command. I did a lot of research and could not find anything that worked for me. I like to change colors at specific layers and have filament run out sensors.

I have attached a printer.cfg for Klipper with macros that will part the nozzle unload the filament and wait for it to be reloaded.

See the attached PDF file for more details. Give it a test on you printer and let me know if it works. Feel free to modify in any way that you want to. If you make it better post a remix.
