I've seen some expensive jigs that allow the user to sharpen knives at a precise angle, I made a Jig with the same purpose, with two main sides, one for 20° and the second for 25°, probably the most common ones, so, you just need to slide down the blade of your knives vertically, on the rod.

My Jig is designed for the FLAKSA ceramic sharpener from ikea and for a diamond sharpening rod that i bought at a discount store, the fit is pretty tight

I printed it in PETG with the 20° face laying down flat, on the printing bed. No supports required
