I've been making my own looms and I've had people ask if the pegs would fit into a Knifty Knitter loom to replace lost/broken pegs. My looms don't use the same size so I mocked these up instead. These are pretty close to the original KK pegs. In the pictures, the red pegs are my design, the other colors are original. The print split down the middle but connected at the bottom so they stay together. If the hole they're going in hasn't been reamed out by years of knitting, they fit pretty well. If the loom is more worn, you might need to add a little bit of glue. The pegs themselves should hold together once inserted, but you might want a dot of CA glue on the two halves before you insert them. I haven't done a ton of testing, but I think they're pretty dang close.
