Knob with color LED ring

This is a remix of @Star_Rider's “Digispark USB volume knob”. I could not get the original pattern on the knob surface to print nicely, so I modified his design a little. I have _not_ changed the body nor the bottom cover, so they are _not_ included here. Please download them from the original thing:
