Finally posting this, having released the Mk17 Meakout and Knockout-mk18 to my [Etsy Storefront](https://www.etsy.com/shop/MeakerArms). It will need support and should fit on by pressure, but you may want to glue or otherwise adhere it. The breech may need to be upgraded to continue to work.
