Koppla wallmount

Mounting bracket for IKEA KOPPLA power strips. This is a rather trivial remix of @telegnom's Koppla Wallmount (Euro Version):

Edit: I have added the OpenSCAD file “power-strip.scad” which is somewhat parametric and can be easily adjusted for other power strips. See the comments near the top of the file.
