The M5 screw through the bottom isn't entirely necessary, but I added it just for a little extra stability. The side resting on the desk and the hooks keep it pretty sturdy. The screw I used was an M5 30mm, but that depends entirely on the angle of the tenting.
To print the right side, just mirror the object in a slicer or cad program.
