Stacking Lack tables

I liked the [Lack Stacker by Puddlefist](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2476441).
But I wanted to do so much more.
Therefore I made my own one in OpenSCAD and added a few more thing I could think of:
* A way to attach wheels to the bottom instead of legs
* A way to screw the top Lack leg to the part
Sizes fit perfectly for me. You can adjust the tolerances in the customizer, too.
Please report back if the customizer needs more work.
