Lamp Clamp - Adjustable Desk Task Lamp

This is a replacement clamp system for the [v-light adjustable desk task lamp](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074TB2BND) that is available on Amazon. The lamp itself is okay quality, but is definitely built cheap. The major problem I have is when extending the light upwards, it will usually fall out of the original clamp system.

This clamp version is a work in progress, but it solves the major problems with the original clamp. The new clamp system will fit tighter onto the lamp, and also has a screw hole that can be used like a set screw.

### Required Hardware
* Re-use the nut from the original clamp
* Re-use the metal threaded L bar from the original clamp.
* Optionally, you can use a M4 screw as a set screw. (I'm using a M4 10mm, but you probably can get away with an 8mm)
