I present to you a Lamp. I printed it from PETG with the usual settings except the reflector. There you need to use a wall thickness of 0.5mm and the number of walls 2. The speed is minimal, since the height is 200mm and the product is flexible. With supports, only Hinge_2 is printed. As tubes it is better to use aluminum or carbon with a diameter of 10 mm. 150mm long is quite normal. I have plastic tubes not printed. They are flexible, I do not like. The lamp can be tilted at any angle in any plane, for inclusion you just need to bring your hand to the motion sensor. From electronics, Arduino Nano, an infrared motion sensor, a mosfet, an LED strip and a power supply 12v 2-3a are used.
A little later there will be a version using a trigger instead of a sensor and an arduino. It will be even more compact and simpler.
