New to 3D printing and design. Just picked up my printer in January and this is my first crack at a design. This is a landscape light I designed to put addressable LEDs in to change the colors for various holidays or themes depending on my mood. I designed the top, bottom, and shade and the rest is off the shelf parts from the local hardware store. I used a ¾" chase nipple into a ¾" PVC fitting and onto a ¾" PVC pipe (with a slot for wiring out the side at the bottom) for the stem. The bottom is a ¾" PVC cap with a hole drilled in it for a ¼-20 x 6" bolt and nut to stick into the ground. The spacer file is to take up the slack between the chase nipple and the bottom because I couldn't screw it in far enough to not have it wobble. The other holes in the bottom are for drainage and to let a little bit of light out the bottom. The top, bottom and spacer I printed in ASA and painted and the lense is PLA with a matte clear sprayed on it for UV protection. Living in M
