Laser Pointer Robot Lower Arm Fix

This part is to fix the issue with the lower arm that will not allow you to slide the motor to tighten the belt. When you put the screw in the end opposite the motor on the lower arm it prevents the motor from being adjusted. This fix makes that hole a slot so that the motor can slide.
