Lat Pulldown Knee Holder Cable Tower

The Cable Tower Knee Support Bracket converts a cable tower into a lat pulldown station. By locking your knees securely under the support, it prevents your body from lifting during heavy pulls. It is mounted to a cable tower with 60mm width, 17mm holes, and 50mm between the ends of the holes. The model is split into 4 part for easy printing, the parts can be glued together for better strength (not necessary). I printed it in PLA and while lifting about 60kg its fine, but if you lift much more i would choose a stronger filament. I have also added a version that has a 6mm metal rod in the middle to improve strengt. For this version you also need:2x 6mm round metal rod in the length of 160mm1x 6mm round metal rod in the length of 400mmIt is designed in a way that they slide in and can be secured with glue.
