Once I used the dimension tool and sketched all of the given dimensions, I drew a circle on the diagonal line, (when facing the front profile, its to the right) with a radius of 29 and used the snip tool to get rid of the rest of the circle once i had the line i needed. I then closed the object, drew the circle, extruded the profile by 45mm and was finished.
