LC Patch cable dummy panel

A simple dummy panel for LC parking, designed for use during maintenance or switch replacements. Includes an optional dust cover. The dust cover has a snug fit and may take some time to put on and remove easily as it needs to wear in. A pro tip is to use a sharp knife to carefully scrape off a small amount of material from the hooks on the lid.
