Leaf Skimmer

Its fall and that means leaves in my pool, which then clogs up my skimmer basket and chokes out my pump. I saw someone else do this similarly, but decided to draw up my own for my pool. Simple $6 leaf skimmer from Amazon works PERFECTLY!!

Print the Pool Leaf Skimmer Bracket and Arm in PETG. The Bracket fits my 6" wall rails perfectly, just snaps on into place. Then with the net installed onto the Arm, adjust it so it will be at the edge of your pool wall. Mark the Bracket with a pencil and disassemble it from your pool. Now Superglue the Arm to the Bracket at the pencil line. Then re-clip the Bracket onto the pool rail, and insert the net.

My net diameter size into the hole was REALLY snug, but wedges in nicely. You may have to make some adjustments for it all to fit your pool. Don't just think it will fit perfectly. If it's too loose in the hole, you can easily print it oversized to make the hole smaller in your slicer. Again, this is all designed for MY pool and net, yours may
