As a learning project using slightly more advanced surfacing tools, I chose to model a Learjet 35 jet. While not perfect by any means, this turned out reasonably well for a first attempt.

The tools used were a combination of Solids, Surfaces, and T-splines (Forms) using Fusion 360.

To 3D print the model, you can print as shown (supports required). Alternatively, you could use your slicer and cut the plane laterally across the wings at the leading edge of the engines, print both halves cut side down, then glue together. Or, cut the plane longitudinally down the middle, print both halves cut side down (wings pointing up), then glue together (supports may be required for the engines and fuel tanks).
