This is a low barrier of entry, high result 'electronics' project that can be done by any dedicated high schooler. Total cost is under 15 dollars, including all materials (assuming you have an old phone charger).

Inspired by BigClive's supercomputer PCB panels, this printable panel uses easy to get 1.5hz blinking red LEDs from [Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WRJGCPV/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=akldsfljaser-20&linkId=25797a56b46f093ba3a94b234a84fc2c&language=en_US) that are press fit into the holes. Once built, it can fit nicely into a 4x6 inch photo frame. If you buy the linked LEDs, I recommend against using 12V, as it seems to overdrive the LEDs. I am using an old 500mA 5V phone charger to run it, and the intensity is perfect.

The 1.5hz LEDs will fall out of sync really fast, making for a very good looking randomized effect.

Having this run in the background of a Zoom call makes for some confused looks!
