LED Mount and Diffuser, 45Deg

Corner channel base and diffuser covers for mounting LED strips to shelves or cabinets.

It may not be the most refined design, but it's all printable without supports. All pieces are easily modifiable in slicer to fit your specific use case and printer capabilities. Male and female ends make it easier to align multiple pieces. Also included pieces for hinge clearance inside cabinets. SLDPRT folder provided if you want even more control.

The cover/diffuser pieces can be hit and miss depending on your printer tolerances and capabilities. The thin hook/latch portion can deform or over-extrude.

The covers can function with any color, but I have clear PLA pictured. I've found that printing at 45deg angle results in clearer cover, but you may want less clarity for more diffusion.
