LED support ring with bltouch bracket.

as i am in the process of updating my delta printer for magnetic arms, i figured I would add an LED ring to light it as well. but wait! I also am adding a BL-touch z-probe sensor, so in the interest of simplicity, i added my universal bracket to this as well.
