LEGO TECHNIC Panels.

Two CAD Files with different-sized holes:

Sides:
The holes in this are 4.9mm diameter. I used this file as the machine I use typically closes up holes slightly.

Sides Small Holes:
Holes are 4.7mm diameter. This is so you can drill them with a 4.8mm drill bit, making them exactly 4.8mm, which is the diameter LEGO use. This is the most accurate way, but I havn't yet tested it with this part.

I printed these on an industrial SLS machine. If printing in FDM I would recomend printing them flat. It might warp a little but with a well tuned machine it should work.
