Libre Computer Renegade

This is a Libre Computer Renegade SBC model, remixed from a model I found on GrabCAD:

I added:
- IR receiver
- Heatsink clips
- 1-port USB3 port

I removed:
- CSI and DSI connectors
- Other small stuff so it's not so busy
