Liebert System3 Operator Panel Stand

This is a desktop stand I modeled for the Liebert System/3 operator panel, basically turning an old CRAC front panel into a little desktop annunciator.

I spent a chunk of my early career in data centers, and these old Liebert units were such a constant presence that seeing one now instantly brings me back to the early 2000s. After @clabretro showed one off on YouTube, I couldn’t resist picking one up and giving it a second life of its own.

I tapped into the PCB header with an ESP32 and now use the panel for simple Home Assistant notifications. In the photo, it’s happily “cooling” and also reminding me that the air filters need attention.
