Light Switch Blocker

Remixed -KT-'s fantastic switch blocker, as I found my kids would still turn light switches off with it in place.

This one requires the use of a tool (like a flat head screwdriver, or the pocket knife I always carry) to actuate the switch.

The idea is that the lights controlled by the switch should never be powered down, but its nice to have an "easy" way to turn it off -- for example if I need to re-sync a zigbee bulb.
