It consists of the following items: - ITEM aluminum profile 50 x 50mm, - ITEM stainless steel nuts, - Hiwin EG25 linear guide rail and block, - Custom machined aluminum brackets, - 20 L 075 timing pulley (https://grabcad.com/library/timing-pulley-3-8-9-525mm-pitch-parametric-1) with 2425mm timing belt, - SKF 61800 deep groove ball bearing, - Circlips for fixing the timing pulley shaft, - Custom face plate for mountng any system according to use. - Nema 23 shaft coupling (model https://grabcad.com/library/jaw-coupling-1 ) - Nema 23 mounting bracket (model https://grabcad.com/library/nema-23-mount-bracket-1 ) - Nema 23 stepper motor (model https://grabcad.com/library/nema_23-stepper-motor-1 ) I would like to thank the following for their models: https://grabcad.com/spiros.georgakas-2 https://grabcad.com/kevin-170 https://grabcad.com/mohamed.dhib-1 I am uploading Step and Parasolid files for non-Solidworks users, and a fully parametric Solidworks 2014 assembly with all components feature trees for educational purposes.
