Loft5-1

This small vase is named Loft5-1 because it is the first model I made that uses a Loft surface based on 5 control curves: a top and bottom polygon (7-sided in this case) and 3 ellipses in between. I made the vase small so it would print fairly quickly (7 hrs. 38 min. @ 80 mm/sec and 0.200 mm layer height) so I could check my new printer's ability to make smooth outer surfaces and avoid stringing.

To print this I'd suggest using a brim because the bottom of the vase does not have a lot of contact area with the print bed.
