Lolin ESP32 OLED Case + Micro-SD support.

This is case for Lolin ESP32 with OLED.

1. I have made an option to add Micro-SD card reader, the output hole is closed since not everyone will use Micro-SD reader and I didn't want to leave unused hole in the case.
You will need to cut about 0.4 mm of material in order to get this hole exposed.

2. Use M2 screws, I think screws about 6mm length will be just fine. (need to check it)

3. Since there are two different modules, one with reset button on top (near the OLED) and one type with reset button on the bottom side of the module, I have made a blind hole that can be opened if needed.

4. Added the case with mount holes for ones that are interested.
