I designed this organizer to be placed besides my LulzBot Mini, holding the tools I use regularly. Use it for whatever you want. It will work fine for other tools, pens, pencils etc.
It is 145 mm long and 30 mm wide. The inside diameter of the holes are 22 mm and the total height is 50 mm.
The one in the images is printed on my LulzBot Mini with default ABS High Quality Settings.
