I used the plate left over from my M3 ID Bltouch upgrade to modify my M2. I added the block that holds the stepper motor and the Bltouch mount. It required the part attaching the plate to the belt to also be modified. The rest of the parts are from the Makergear ID3 printable parts site. I also installed the latest Marlin firmware (1.1.9). I've attached the Configuration.h and Configuration_adv.h files. I tried to use the same values from the original Makergear M2 firmware whenever possible. My M2 has the silver motor, and the 4 point spider upgrade installed.
The configuration_adv.h file has the following changes made (first slash is to escape the # character so is not needed):
/ #define E0_AUTO_FAN_PIN 6 //enable extruder fan at 50 degrees
/ #define DIGIPOT_MOTOR_CURRENT { 135,135,135,135,135 } // Values 0-255 (RAMBO 135 = ~0.75A, 185 = ~1A)
Configuration.h has a bunch of changes.
I included a diagram on how I attached the BLTouch to the Rambo (image belongs to
