MacGregor Hatch vent

I wanted an exhaust for the portable AC in our sailboat. I decided to design a multipurpose vent to replace the solar fan through the hatch cover. This allows the air conditioner exhaust to attach or the sweep vent or straight down vent as a vent setup. I added a basic dorade box as another option. I am always playing and learning so there will likely be mods that haven't been published. Feel free to hit me up if you have any questions or comments about any part of this design.
