Macro Deck Phone Stand

I wanted a phone stand to use with my old phone running Macro Deck 2, which is essentially a macro pad that you can put on an old phone. I couldn't find any phone holders that had a simple wire route to keep the phone always plugged in (I know this isn't good for the phone, but this is for one that I don't really care about). It works best with a right angle cable, which are pretty affordable online.
