Summary
I have made this macro rail in spite of because there are some very cheap but bad and some very expensive but good, but also to play with tolerances with holes where a metal object must be inserted as a nut and where two printed parts must be able to move without noticeable play.
4 x M2 and 4 x M3 Heat inserts must be inserted to screw the parts together.
M6 nuts and lock nuts as well as 2 of the washers must be glued in their recess.
Use PTFE dry lubricant for the parts that must be able to move.
A full turn of the knobs moves the rail one millimeter
2 x UPDATE
Added 2 STL files with updated slide, in the bottom a 3/8" thread has been introduced for a metal bushing and in one a recess has been made for a 9 x 15mm compression spring to accommodate backlash instead of gluing the nuts in the slide.
