Makerbot Gen5 Parametric Replicator Spool Holder

This is a clip for the Gen 5 Replicator which uses spool holders generated by http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:20710

Available in a 90 and 45 degree version.

When printing, lift the filament drawer all the way up to lock it in place. Then just guide the filament through the existing filament guide. See the picture with the pink filament for an example.

Now you are able to easily use non-Makerbot filament!

For best results, print without supports. I printed with .3mm layer thickness (Low Quality) and it works just fine. Takes about 2 hours to print each piece at Low Quality.

Customize the design with Customizer. Now you can easily adjust the size of the spool holder. Print out multiple spool holders and re-use the clip!
