MakerChip Transporter - Bambu Refill Box

This is a MakerChip transport device intended to fit inside Bambu refill boxes. Both the ‘top tuck’ closure, and the ‘tuck flaps’ version.This model will hold 272 chips (16 stacks of 17 chips) in the 18cm x 18cm x 6cm bounding box volume of the smaller ‘top tuck’ refill box.Inspired by K2_Kevin's MakerChip Transporter 500 and the companion ‘lid’ by DaddyWazzy_TheCreator, this model is intended to use boxes that most Bambu users already have in abundance (vs Polymaker boxes). This model also resolves the problem of having 4 printed ‘screw caps’ that might get lost or broken.PrintingPrint the tray body, and retainer. If you want you can use the ‘heavy’ version of the tray body which prioritizes wall thickness for rigidity, but the standard version is more economical on filament.Print 4 copies of the twist lock.AssemblyUse 4x BT2.5x10 SHCS Self Tapping Screw to mount the twist-locks to the tray body.
