Hook for surgical masks and the like. Avoid ear discomfort. You need two and a piece of string or an elastic (perhaps taken from an old mask) and it hooks to the two elastic bands of the mask to wear and passed behind the head allows you to hold the mask without the rubber bands annoying the ears.
