Mavic Pro Camera Mount

Updated April 22 , 2019 Just added version 13 of this camera mount. Its a little longer and separate the camera hole from the hole used for the power button. Also made it a little stronger over the hole that clamp around the battery release buttons .

Thought I would try and make a secondary camera holder to go on top of my Mavic Pro. It sits on top of the battery , and should not interfere with the GPS signal .
I made a hole for the power button and the side brackets are for the people that are a little leary about putting a camera on top without better support. I would use a rubber band to go around the Mavic ( being careful not to go over the downward facing sensors on the bottom of the Mavic) . This should ease pilots minds a bit.
I also included a spot to put a 1/4 Hot Shoe Mount through the bottom of the plate as shown in the main picture. You could probably use a Gear 360 Camera with this , or GoPro mount .
