This is a case for mounting an McThings Module 120 (should work for a 110 also). It has a mounting tab, and drain holes (to let any water out). It is designed for mounting outside.
It is based on a case design by kristofferis (see http://mcthings.createaforum.com/misc/re-post-enclosures/)
His design is very nice, I have adapted it to allow the use of a piggy back board, and a modified solid lid (with hole for light sensor).
This case is not for a McModule 120 alone, it is designed to fit with a sensor board mounted on top.
The original design by kristofferis is for a module on it's own - so you can use that if you don't have any "extras" mounted on top of the module.
Update:
Added some variants with a battery holder for a 1/2 AA battery. Battery holder that fits is:

There are versions for a bare module, bare module with pins (tall version - you can use this if routing the battery wires is hard also), and module
